Well not been in here for a while, and it's been changed about a bit, it's got loads of rooms now which I cannot remember it having and they have knocked a hole in the wall so from the main bar you can walk into spacious courtyard. There is a special kitchen in the room next to the bar which serves food from Wednesdays. Unfortunately I came on a Tuesday. But I quite like having a go at coming back with the Laz-E-Riders on Wednesday lunchtime. Then I can update food stars. There is also a great games room upstairs with a football table and other old pub games. Looks like a really good update.

Very nice old school pub located tucked into a market place corner. Much larger than it seems from the outside. Lovely staff and a decent selection of draft beers etc.

What a lovely old village pub, unfortunately food wasn't being served at the time we were there but the landlady was extremely nice and gave me a tour of the pub x

Been in a few times for lunch with all 5 dogs on week days. Made to feel very welcome with water brought for the dogs and a full jar of treats for them. Plenty of space for them, food for us is nice and service good, hense our return visits.

We stopped in for lunch on market day, the food was lovely, it all tasted homemade from quality ingredients. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough. Very nice to have dinner in the courtyard there. We spent 50 on 3 meals and 3 drinks.

Very welcoming pub. Food was excellent. I had the Persian flat bread and my husband had the Halloumi fries. The sweet potato pie Vg GF was delicious and my husband enjoyed his Jamaican BBQ pizza which was huge. Dog friendly and treats available for your four legged friends. Matthew was very helpful. We would certainly recommend this pub

As a pub should be - full of character, good range of ales and lagers (inc non alcoholic) on draught. Each area of the building has its own character with some lovely lounge rooms & games rooms upstairs. We didn’t go outside but there’s a lovely terrace too. Food menu is simple bar food, plus pizzas. All reasonably priced and good quality
